hello and welcome!

I'm Stefan, The Tall Toastmaster.

I'm here to help your event run seamlessly, and I would be privileged to be part of your day. I specialise in weddings and can use my wealth of experience to answer any queries you may have, no question is too tall or small; whether you're planning a formal or a more relaxed event.

If you like the idea of having a toastmaster for your day and would like an informal chat, please do get in touch as I'd love to hear from you.

the role

A toast master provides all the behind the scenes co-ordination on the day of your wedding, so that you can relax and hand all the pressure over to us... we like it - don't worry!

services

On the day... I am the calming influence. I am there to look after you and your guests. I liaise with all of your suppliers and the staff at your venue to ensure that everything ties together, runs on time and flows calmly and perfectly.

I conduct any formalities you choose to have, warmly welcoming your guests, organising the receiving line and photographs, give clear and confident announcements and introductions to your speeches.

I ensure that everyone is in the right place at the right time and that they know the order of service, and most importantly that all are having a great time.

I provide the first port of call for any questions or unforeseen problems that can crop up, do not worry if this happens, with an experienced toastmaster around you'll be in safe hands.

planning

Whatever your visions are for your big day, my aim is to make these happen for you. Whether you want a seamlessly run understated approach with a relaxed atmosphere or a bold and dramatic entrance with all the bells and whistles these can be tailored for you.

People often make the mistake that a relaxed event means less organisation. I firmly believe that the most relaxed weddings are ones that have been carefully planned and have all the finer details taken care of in the background so there is simply nothing for you or your guests to worry about.

Before your event I like to have a detailed meeting with you to discuss your plans and to understand everything that is important to you. If you need any advice on any part of the day please do not hesitate to ask. I pride myself on being warm, friendly and approachable. I have the industry experience to know how to get the best out of venues and how to work well with their teams.

I also realised whilst planning my own wedding just how very important it is for the professionals to listen to you and adapt their service to suit you, not just giving a one size fits all approach, so that your day is exactly the way you want it to be.

'You ran our day like clockwork. Your attention to detail was superb.
You managed to think of everything. We valued your comments and
ideas, your service was excellent and very professional.'

Karen and Brian Aughton

'We appreciate the discreet and professional way in which you ensured
that all our guests were welcomed and our requests were met. We were
particularly impressed by the care and attention you gave firstly to the
preparation of the room and secondly to the afternoon and evening
proceedings, this enabled us to relax and enjoy our celebrations knowing
we could trust that everything was under control.'

John and Rita Chester

'With all of the effort that we, as a family, had put into the
preparation it was difficult for us to hand over the reception to
someone else, but you had already installed confidence in us with
the manner in which you had guided us through the planning
meeting we had when you raised issues we had not considered.'

Nigel and Sue Spencer

'A huge thank you for your total support in the planning of our
wedding and your fantastic organisation of our day. You put myself
and Matt at ease as we knew you had everything under controll.'
